I have over 10 years of experience in project management, including 7 years as a Scrum Master. I am passionate and experienced in implementing Agile practices within development and infrastructure teams.

 

I stand out for my ability to remove obstacles, streamline workflows, and deliver customer-centric products. My agile leadership and facilitation skills have enabled teams of 5 to 17 people to successfully complete complex projects in diverse technical environments, while maintaining a focus on performance, collaboration, and value.

 

I hold a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am also PSM 1, SAFe 6.0, AHF, Google Project, and Manager Certificate certified. I am currently an external consultant at Videotron, and my employer is Alithya Inc.
